Moi and hoo.be
hoo.be is a restrained, well-designed creator homepage. Its four-section homepage does not oversell, its analytics are real-time, and it puts a tip jar on the free plan. If you want a premium-feeling page today, it is a good product.
What we share
A page at a memorable URL, links, embeds, analytics, a free plan that is a real plan. Both companies think creator pages should be quiet rather than cluttered.
Where we differ
Who the index serves. hoo.be's privacy policy states that creator profile content "may be processed into search indexes and vector embeddings" for search and discovery. That index exists so that brands and agencies can find creators. Moi builds a structured record so that the owner controls what the world learns; it is the same technology pointed the other way.
What a custom domain costs. hoo.be gates custom domains to its Premium plan at 29.99 dollars a month, the steepest domain gate in the products we compared. Moi's doctrine says a custom domain must not be a luxury gate. The exact tier and price are not yet set, and this page will state them when they are, rather than promise a number now.
What a verification badge means. hoo.be sells verification with the same Premium plan. Moi will never sell a badge by plan tier: verification, when it ships, is tied to proof (a DNS record, a cross-verified account), and it is free where it can be automated.
Answers about you, with sources. hoo.be has no visitor-facing answering surface. Moi's Ask page answers only from your record, cites every sentence, and refuses what the record does not hold.
What hoo.be does that Moi does not
Shoppable products, a tip jar, Paywall Shield, contact collection, up to five profiles on Premium, and an agency product. Moi has no commerce and one page per person.
Could not verify
hoo.be's user count, revenue, and funding (no public data). Whether access is currently open or invite-only: the homepage says "Get started for free" while a 2026 review describes an application queue.
